Where are you located?

 Cancellation Policy:

Your appointments are reserved especially for you and are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice to change, cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service. 

 

New Color Clients:

All new color clients will be receiving a questionnaire which we require back within 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This helps us be as prepared as possible for your future appointment, have a clear understanding of what you want to achieve and to ensure you are booked for the correct service.

 Adjustment Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to make adjustments. Adjustments may be provided at no additional charge. The requirements we have in providing adjustments are that you call to schedule a consultation for the adjustment within 72 hours of the original service, the adjustment appointment must be booked within 2 weeks of the original service.

Product Return Policy:

Hair products may be exchanged for any other product or in store product credit. Product must be returned within 2 weeks and must be 3/4 full. We do not provide cash back for returns, only store credit.
